Previous to today’s session, Ellen and I carried out our first shoot. We loaned a DSLR camera from the store room and went off campus to capture our initial image. This image is the starting point for our narrative. We took into account the angle, this photo being the required close-up.
We chose the second image as the final one for our sequence. The space at the bottom gives room for the title.
In today’s workshop, we changed the image to black and white while keeping the car’s blue colour. This will be the colour spotted in all the photos as this car is the main subject of the narrative. We did this by using the same technique as we did in the first Photoshop workshop. After this, we thought of our title Chase for Reality. Using the Create work path tool, we were able to play around with the shape and size of our font to make it as unique as possible. This is the final result.
